30-Day Return & Refund Policy

AMUA customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For product integrity, supplements and personal-care products must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email schliepkarow401@outlook.com with your order number, item and reason for the request. Wait for return instructions before sending a parcel. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if there is an issue. Include photos of the product and shipping packaging so we can review it.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the credit. Original delivery charges are returned when the issue resulted from our error.
