Shipping & Delivery Policy

AMUA orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions and high-demand periods.

Shipping options and charges

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated windows are shown at checkout for your address. A delivery estimate begins after processing and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email includes the carrier tracking link. Please allow time for the first carrier scan to appear. Visit our Track Your Order page if you need help.

Address changes and delays

Review your address before checkout. If a correction is needed, contact schliepkarow401@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. Weather, carrier congestion and customs processing can affect delivery.

International orders

When international delivery is offered at checkout, import duties, taxes and local fees are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
